Snow removal at Coors Field: Rockies owner Dick Monfort digs in

DENVER - Dozens of people worked to clear snow from Coors Field before the game scheduled to start at 1:10 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Rockies posted the video below on Twitter. Mobile users can click here to see it.

Team officials said 25 people were working to remove snow from the field, while 50 others shoveled snow in the stands.

Even Rockies CEO and owner Dick Monfort joined the effort.

Because yesterday's game was postponed the Rockies scheduled a split double header against the Mets Tuesday.  The second game is scheduled for 6:40 p.m.
