Braves v. Rockies game snowed out Monday

Clubs will play doubleheader Tuesday

DENVER - The Rockies have rescheduled their game against the visiting Atlanta Braves due to the snow.

A winter weather advisory remains in effect for Denver and the metro area for snow and blowing snow through Tuesday morning.

The game had been scheduled for 6:40 p.m. Monday afternoon. Instead, the two clubs will play a split doubleheader at 1:10 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Tickets from Monday's game will be valid for the 1:10 p.m. game only, the Rockies said. Alternatively, exchanges can be made for tickets of equivalent value for any game throughout the remainder of the season, if the exchange is done before May 22, 2013.

Gates for the first game will open at 11:30 a.m., and for the second game at 5:30 p.m.

The Rockies and Braves both have 13-5 records.
