Colorado Rockies' Tyler Chatwood expects to make first start

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Colorado Rockies right-hander Tyler Chatwood says he has a minor left hamstring strain and expects to make his first regular season start Wednesday.

The right-hander left in the third inning of Friday's game against Seattle after he pulled up while running out a triple. Chatwood said Saturday he was feeling better and planned to play catch and ride an exercise bike.

Chatwood says he's "on track" to start against the Marlins in Colorado's third regular-season game.

The Rockies are already without top right-handed starter Jhoulys Chacin, who is expected to be out until early May with a strained shoulder.
