DENVER - Receiver Wes Welker is expected to be kept out of the Denver Bronco's final two regular-season games as he recovers from two concussions, ESPN reports.
Welker's concussions game during Weeks 11 and 14, as the Broncos faced the Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans, respectively.
Welker has not practiced since being hit by Titans Safety George Wilson shortly before halftime of the game on Dec. 8.
ESPN reporter Jeff Legwold tweeted Thursday that Welker has done some light running and weight-room work.
The Broncos will travel face the Houston Texans this Sunday and the Oakland Raiders on Dec. 29.
