DENVER - Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning passed his team physical exam, which guarantees the next two years of his contract. The Broncos now owe Manning $40 million for the next two seasons.

Manning was named the NFL's Comeback Player of the Year after missing all of the previous season with a neck injury. He underwent 4 surgeries before signing with the Broncos as free agent in March of 2012. He led the team to a 13-3 record, throwing 37 touchdowns with only 11 interceptions.

Manning made $18 million last season. He will be 37 years old later this month.
