A Broncos fan with just weeks to live got a surprise phone call from Peyton Manning.
Cindy Harris' family posted on Facebook this week that Cindy's dying wish was to meet Manning.
Thursday, Manning called Cindy.
"Know you're going through a tough fight right now," Manning told Cindy. "You've got a lot of people pulling for you and praying for you and you can add me to that list."
Manning couldn't make it to Colorado Springs, but KRDO-TV reported that the Reserve Casino Hotel offered Cindy's family two tickets to the game this Sunday. Cindy says she'll be there decked out in Broncos gear.
Cindy was diagnosed with cancer two years ago. She underwent chemotherapy but found out recently, the cancer had spread. Doctors gave her one month to live.
"Keep fighting and keep the faith. Keep a good attitude. I know you're doing that and like I said, I'll be pulling for you," said Manning.
