Step aside, snack cakes. Vending machines are getting an upgrade.
The Broncos are the first NFL team to debut the Bud Light Twitter vending machine. Fans can try it out for the first time on Sunday during the Vikings game at Sports Authority Field.
The machine will tell users to tweet a message to @BudLight with a special hashtag. Once the tweet is sent, the machine dispenses a prize.
Two hundred prize options are available. Among them are skis signed by former quarterback Jake Plummer, ticket upgrades to the Bud Light Champions Club, ski lift tickets, merchandise and vouchers for free beer at the stadium.
Customers have to be at least 21 years old.
The machine sits at the Mile High Cross Bar, near stations 117 and 118.
