Broncos playoff tickets for January 12 game likely sold out

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - Denver Broncos playoff tickets are likely sold out. Searches, even for single tickets, are being returned with the message "sorry, no exact matches were found."

The Broncos warned that tickets would be "extremely limited." The team said that's because 96 percent of season ticket members renewed for the playoffs.

Several fans on Twitter told 7NEWS they got tickets.

"I have 2 in 300 level and another person here got 2 in 500 level !," Greg Schulte tweeted.

"I sure did," tweeted Cynthia after we asked if anyone got tickets.

However, many others were shut out.

"It's as bad as signing up for Obamacare....got the same results," Pete tweeted.

"I got in during the first minute and was denied after a 12 minute wait, although resale tickets were already available," Grant tweeted.

"We got no matches multiple times. Guess I will be watching from the couch!," Tuxy tweeted.

The home AFC Divisional playoff game will be played on Sunday, Jan. 12, at Sports Authority Field at Mile High.
