POSTED: 10:37 pm MDT June 25, 2009

(Sports Network) - The Houston Rockets made three separate deals to get a trio of players in the second round of Thursday night's NBA Draft.

The Rockets obtained the draft rights of guard Jermaine Taylor, the 32nd overall pick, from Washington for cash. They acquired the draft rights of guard Sergio Llull, the 34th overall pick, from Denver for cash. Houston also got the draft rights of forward Chase Budinger, chosen 44th overall, from Detroit for a future second-round draft selection and money.

Taylor, a shooting guard from Central Florida, ranked third nationally in scoring at 26.2 points per game as a senior in 2008-09. Llull is a point guard who played in Spain.

Budinger, a 6-foot-7 forward, averaged 18.0 points, 6.2 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game in 35 appearances last season as a junior for Arizona.
