(Sports Network) - The Nuggets are coming off one of the best seasons in franchise history but have some work to do to catch the Los Angeles Lakers.

However, with no picks in the first round for the fourth straight year, Denver will spend most of their offseason trying to retain some of its key bench components.

The Nuggets must make decisions on defensive stalwart Dahntay Jones as well as bench players like Chris Andersen and Linas Kleiza. Obviously, Carmelo Anthony and Chauncey Billups fuel the Denver offense but it's the team's depth that makes it special.
