San Francisco, CA -- (Sports Network) - The San Francisco 49ers signed linebacker Parys Haralson and kicker Joe Nedney to contract extensions on Thursday.

Haralson, who signed a four-year deal through the 2013 season, posted a team- high eight sacks and added 57 tackles in 16 games (10 starts) last season, his third in the NFL.

Nedney, who signed a two-year deal through the 2011 season, connected on 29- of-33 field goal attempts and made all 34 extra-point tries.

Over 13 seasons in the NFL, which has included playing for Tennessee, Carolina, Denver, Oakland, Arizona and Miami, he has made 80 percent (228- of-285) of his field goal tries and all but three of his 298 extra-point attempts.
