POSTED: 2:24 pm MST December 30, 2008

(Sports Network) - Auburn defensive lineman Sen'Derrick Marks will skip his senior season and enter the NFL Draft, the program announced on Tuesday.

Marks, a second-team All-SEC selection this season, has made 37 career starts en route to recording 114 tackles and 7 1/2 sacks, including 32 tackles -- 10 of which went for a loss -- and two sacks for the 2008 Tigers.

"Auburn is, and always will be a special place to me," said the 6-foot-1, 294- pound Marks. "I want to thank all of my coaches at Auburn for giving me the opportunity to play college football and get an education. The Auburn family and my teammates have always been very supportive of my family and me, and for that I'm very appreciative."
