DENVER -- Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence early Monday, 7NEWS Investigator Tony Kovaleski said.

Marshall was stopped at 14th and Blake Streets at 2 a.m., Kovaleski said.

Police wouldn't say if he was given a breath test or blood test and they wouldn't release the results of the test.

Marshall was taken to detox and later released after posting bond.

The Denver Broncos have a policy of not commenting on stories until they learn all the facts. They learned about the arrest after an inquiry by 7NEWS.
