Hearing Scheduled For Broncos WR Brandon Marshall

CASTLE ROCK, Colo. -- A status hearing was scheduled Wednesday for Denver Broncos wide receiver Brandon Marshall. Authorities arrested Marshall in Highlands Ranch last month on suspicion of false imprisonment and domestic violence after a woman said she and Marshall had argued. The woman identified the 23-year-old Marshall as her boyfriend, and said he blocked her taxi with his vehicle as she tried to leave his apartment. She told authorities she and Marshall had been fighting all day.
The woman was not hurt. The Broncos selected Marshall in the fourth round of the 2006 NFL draft.
