OFFICIAL RULES
TO ENTER: Register online at Aztecacolorado.com starting June 23, 2007. Entries will be accepted beginning June 15, 2008 and ending August 3, 2008. A drawing from all entries received will take place weekly. Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries.
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

- ELIGIBILITY: Must be eighteen (18) years of age to enter and a resident of Colorado. Employees of Sponsors and their affiliates are not eligible to enter.
- PRIZES: A prize of 6 passes into Waterworld will be awarded to each winner. Total retail value of all prizes (36 tickets) is approx. $1,222.22.
- ODDS: Odds of winning will depend upon number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
HOW TO WIN: Weekly prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received by the close of business the day before the drawing date. Any entries that are not selected as winners for a drawing will be automatically rolled over and be eligible for the next drawing, if any. Winners will be notified by phone and the details on how to claim the prize will be outlined in the winner notification.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are supplied by Azteca America Colorado. Prizes are not substitutable by winner. Azteca America Colorado reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value for any prize, for any reason, except as otherwise outlined in the Official Rules. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees, plus any other incidentals. Winners will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form prior to receipt of a prize acknowledging that Azteca America Colorado has the right to publicize his/her name and likeness, the fact that he/she has won a certain prize and all matters incidental thereto without the payment of any compensation for a period of one (1) year. The winner will be required to waive any and all claims against Sponsors and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, and representatives for any loss which may occur from participation in the sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of the prize. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and forfeit of prize.

- DISQUALIFICATION: In the event that any winner fails to timely claim his/her prize or fails to meet the eligibility requirements of this sweepstakes, the unawarded prizes will be awarded to alternate winners selected at random, unless otherwise specified in the Official Rules
- DISPUTES: By entering, all entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Any dispute regarding the sweepstakes or these rules will be resolved by The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc. and its decisions shall be final.
