You must agree to the rules in order to enter the contest:
- No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any money is necessary to enter. Purchase will not improve the chances of the chances of winning. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.
- Eligibility: Must be at least 21 years old to enter and a resident of Colorado (a valid driver's license and membership to the players club at The Lodge Casino will be needed to redeem your coupon for a free buffet. Employees of Jacob's Entertainment/The Lodge Casino are not eligible (collectively, the "Sponsors").
- To Enter: To enter, go to and type in the appropriate information requested in the entertainment section of denverchannel.com. Only one entry per email address will be accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for late, misdirected or illegible entries.
- Prize(s): A total of xx (x) tickets will be awarded by Jacob's Entertainment/The Lodge Casino. Winners are notified immediately that they have won. The estimated value of each prize is varies from $6.49 to $15.99 depending on which buffet is redeemed. Each winner will receive a free buffet to any of the following choices: breakfast, lunch, Sunday brunch or dinner. Coupon expires 8/31/08
- Prize Conditions: Prizes are supplied by Jacob's Entertainment/The Lodge Casino. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or substitutable for any other item by winner. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value for any prize, for any reason. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes and fees, plus any other incidentals. Each winner (and his/her legal guardians if he/she is a minor) will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release form prior to receipt of a prize acknowledging that Jacob's Entertainment/The Lodge Casino has the right to publicize his/her name and likeness, the fact that he/she has won the certain prize and all maters incidental thereto without the payment of any compensation for a period of one (1) year. Each winner (and his/her legal guardians if he/she is a minor) will be required to waive any and all claims against the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, employees, agents and representatives for any loss which may occur from participation in the contest or from the receipt or use of the prize. Non-compliance will result in disqualification and forfeit of prize.
- How to Win: Entrants must register to win online at denverchannel.com. Participants will be asked to enter specific personal/contact information. Winners will be called and emailed. Winners must provide Jacob's Entertainment/The Lodge Casino with appropriate identification (Colorado Driver's License or ID) and must become a member to the Player's Club. Buffet is redeemed at The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, offer expires 8/31/08.
- Odds: Odds of winning will depend upon number of eligible entries received.
- Winner's List: For a winner's list, send a self addressed, stamped envelope, after 7/20/08 to "Winner's List" Company Name and Address here.
- Contest Conditions: The contestants and winners release the Sponsors and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this contest, including their respective employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from the contest and the awarding and use of the prizes, including liability for personal injury and/or property damage.
- Disqualifications: In the event that winner fails to claim his or her prize by (date here) or fails to meet the eligibility requirements of the contest, the unawarded prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected at random from remaining entries.
- Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of Jacob's Entertainment/The Lodge Casino and none will be returned. Winners will be required to give Jacob's Entertainment/The Lodge Casino his/her social security number, legal name, age, current address and phone number for tax record keeping purposes only.
