It's Too Late To Mail Absentee Ballots

Find List Of Locations Where You Can Drop Off Absentee Ballot

If you have not yet returned your absentee ballot, it is too late to mail it in. But, you can drop it off at several locations.

If you are an absentee voter in Denver, take your completed absentee ballot to one of the following locations during the times indicated. If you live in another county, you must contact your County Clerk and Recorder's Office to see where you can drop off your ballot (contact information listed below).

To be counted, your absentee ballot must be delivered to one of the locations by 7 p.m. on Tuesday. Do not leave your ballot with anyone except an election judge at these sites.

The following Denver locations are open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

  • Monaco Safeway, Yale and Monaco -- 6460 E. Yale Ave.
  • Sheridan Safeway, Jewell and Sheridan -- 1955 S. Sheridan Blvd.
  • 44th and Lowell Safeway, 44th and Lowell -- 3800 W. 44th Ave.
  • Chambers Safeway, 48th and Chambers -- 4884 Chambers Rd.
  • 26th and Federal Safeway, 26th and Federal -- 2660 Federal Blvd.
  • Evans Safeway, Evans and Downing --2150 S. Downing St.
  • Leetsdale King Soopers, Leetsdale and Monaco -- 890 S. Monaco Pkwy.
  • Stapleton Plaza King Soopers, Quebec and 28th -- 2810 Quebec St.
  • Safeway, East 20th Ave and Washington St. -- 757 E. 20th Ave.
  • Election Commission (Lobby )Absentee Ballot Drop-off -- 200 W. 14th Ave. (14th and Bannock), 720.913.VOTE (8683)

On Election Day, the Denver Election Commission will also have a 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. drive-through ballot drop off on 14th Avenue between Cherokee and Bannock. All absentee ballots must be received by 7 p.m. on Election Day and replacement ballots will only be issued at the main office 200 W. 14th Ave. in Denver.
