PUEBLO, Colo. -- Republican presidential candidate John McCain will make stops in Denver and Pueblo during his visit to Colorado this week.

On Thursday, McCain will hold a women's town hall meeting at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in downtown Denver. The event will start at 3:45 p.m.

McCain will head to Pueblo on Friday for a town hall meeting at the Colorado State University campus at 11 a.m.

McCain's visit to Pueblo comes less than a month after Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama visited the Democratic stronghold in southern Colorado.

Tickets to the Denver event are being distributed by McCain's office in Centennial. Tickets to the Pueblo event are being distributed by the campaign's office there.

McCain's running mate, Sarah Palin, will attend a private fundraiser on Centennial on Saturday.
