POSTED: 7:13 pm MDT April 16, 2007

(Sports Network) - The Miami Dolphins Monday signed running back Ray Perkins and center Johnathan Ingram, both of whom participated in the club's mini-camp last weekend on a tryout basis.

Ingram, 26, spent last season on the Kansas City practice squad. He was selected as an undrafted free agent in 2003 prior to getting released before the season began. He re-signed with the team in the offseason, beginning the 2004 season on the practice squad before getting activated to the 53-man roster, where he remained inactive for all six games.

Perkins, 24, went to the San Diego Chargers' camp as an undrafted free agent in 2005 and got released before the season began, spending his entire rookie campaign on the practice squad where he remained last season.
