Huge flames destroyed a Denver Dollar City store early Monday morning.

The three-alarm fire started shortly before 3 a.m. at West 48th Avenue and Pecos Street.

About 45 minutes later, the roof collapsed sending even more flames into the sky.

There were no injuries as a result of the fire.

In March, the Family Dollar Store across the street was destroyed by fire.

"Our investigators are on scene," said Lt. Phil Champagne. "We don't know if there are any parallels or not. We're certainly looking at all situations. Nothing has been ruled out at this time but it's under investigation at this time."
