DENVER -- Boulder police released a composite sketch of a man they say was standing outside an apartment window, without his pants on, fondling himself.

Police said the man was seen around 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the 950 block of Marine Street.

A 21-year-old woman saw the man and "was able to provide police with a detailed description," said Sarah Huntley of the Boulder Police Department.

The suspect is described as a white male, between 28 and 32 years old, about 6 feet 2 inches and 230 to 240 pounds, Huntley said.

He appeared to have some “scruffy” facial hair and short brown hair and was wearing a green T-shirt with a graphic pattern and a white baseball cap. He may have been wearing light-colored boxer shorts and appeared to be carrying light-colored shorts or pants, she said.
