Technicians are working to restore telephone service in Teller County.

In addition, customers in Woodland Park are sometimes finding all circuits are busy.

The problem was caused by a cut fiber wire in an area three miles south of Cripple Creek. Cripple Creek is about 115 miles south of Denver.
