Wolf Creek Pass was closed Friday morning in both directions at mile marker 172 after a tractor-trailer crashed.
The Colorado Department of Transportation said the semi spun out on the pass and was disabled.
A photo from My Reporter Nate Ybarra showed icy, snowpacked roads on the pass Friday morning.
The highway has reopened.
