Bull Gulch Fire in Fremont County now 100 percent contained

CANON CITY, Colo. - The 76 acre Bull Gulch Fire in Fremont County is now considered 100 percent contained.

The fire, which started at about 1 p.m. on June 19, is located nine miles northeast of Cotopaxi. It is believed that lightning was the cause.

Firefighters will continue to monitor the area and say smoke may be seen rising from within the fire perimeter for several days.
