Mesa County prosecutors have filed felony charges against a western slope woman accused of providing methamphetamine and beer to four boys and stripping for them. Angela Pelley, 36, of Clifton, Colo., faces eight counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after the alleged incident last week. A preliminary hearing is scheduled June 3. Pelley was arrested last week after a 10-year-old boy told his principal at at Rocky Mountain Elementary School about the alleged incident. The boy told police that he, two 12-year-old boys and a 17-year-old boy had gone to Pelley's house on April 17, when she allegedly gave them beer and meth and stripped for them. Court records show the other boys initially denied what the 10-year-old said, but later said they had used the drugs and drunk beer Pelley provided.According to court records, the mother of one of the boys confronted Pelley, who admitted she bought alcohol and provided drugs for the children. Pelley also admitted that she was naked in front of them and looked at pornographic Web sites with them, the records indicate. Pelley was convicted of sexual assault in 1993 and is a registered sex offender in Mesa County. She is currently on probation for a forgery conviction.
