WASHINGTON, D.C. - A shirtless guy in a horse mask jogged through the background of NBC's live coverage of Hurricane Sandy in Washington, D.C. Monday morning.
“You can either be scared and hide in your house, or you can have a sense of humor about it,” the reporter said.
It's not quite a silver lining to the storm, but the video may be good for a giggle.
