After spending the last seven decades on the bottom of Lake Michigan, a World War II era fighter plane is back on dry land.  The plane was used during the War to train pilots how to land on aircraft carriers, but it crashed into Waukegan Harbor in December, 1944. The Chicago Tribune reports the plane will be restored and hopefully put on display.
