Sochi, Russia 2014 bobsledder Lolo Jones released from quarantine after illness

SOCHI, Russia - Olympic bobsledder Lolo Jones has been released from quarantine.

"Just released... been in quarantine room in Olympic village," Jones tweeted Monday. "Single room was nice just wish I had one of those stray dogs to keep me company."

Jones was suffering from cold and flu-like symptoms.

A few hours later, ice dancer Alex Shibutani tweeted a photo showing Jones behind a screen in the weight room.

"@LoloJones has been sick so this is as close as I'll let her get to me," Shibutani tweeted.

Jones, an Olympic hurdler, is competing at the winter games in bobsledding.
