Tim Tebow Says Politics 'Possibly' In Future

Tebow Questioned About Political Future During Super Bowl Special

Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow is not ruling out a future in politics.

Tebow was asked during an interview on the Golf Channel, "Have you ever thought of running for office?"

"For me, it could be something in the future," Tebow told David Feherty during an interview on "Feherty Live." "Something I’ll have to think about and definitely pray about. I have no idea right now, but you know, possibly."

"Who knows what the future holds," Tebow said.

Tebow is a devout Christian who appeared with his mother in a pro-life commercial during the Super Bowl two years ago.

Other former NFL players have served in Congress including former Republican Reps. Jack Kemp (N.Y.) and Steve Largent (Okla.) and current Reps. Heath Shuler (D-N.C.) and Rep. Jon Runyan (R-N.J.).
