Police say a teen was texting and driving when she crashed through an electric fence Thursday morning.She rolled her white Jeep Cherokee on East Hilltop Road and Crest View Drive, near Legend High School in Parker around 1 a.m.7NEWS was the only crew at the scene.Because the fence she crashed through was electrically charged, firefighters had to be careful while rescuing her.The teen, who has not been identified, was wearing a seatbelt and survived the crash with minor injuries.The teen told police she was just checking a text message when she rolled her Jeep Cherokee.
