A Michigan teacher is under fire after one of her students with autism got his head stuck in a chair.
Instead of helping, she recorded it and seemed to mock the boy while he was trapped.
Fifth grade teacher Nicole McVey is accused of taunting the 11-year-old at Oaktree Elementary School in Goodrich.
At one point on the tape, she even asks the boy if he wants to be tasered.
The boy's family has already hired an attorney.
As for the teacher who shot that video -- the school board actually voted to fire her. But, for now, she is on paid administrative leave until her appeals are exhausted.
