RIFLE, Colo. - People in Rifle are hoping one of their neighbors is the winner of Colorado's largest Powerball jackpot.
The winning ticket for Saturday night's multistate drawing was purchased at a Kum & Go convenience store in the city along Interstate 70. The $90 million ticketholder has yet to come forward.
Rifle, near the Roan Plateau, has struggled to recover from the recession and a drop in natural gas drilling.
Resident Matt Archambault told the Glenwood Springs Post Independent that he's happy for whoever won.
The winner matched the five winning numbers — 3, 12, 31, 34, 51 — and the Powerball, 24.
Another Colorado ticket also won $1 million in the drawing. That ticket was purchased in of Broomfield, and the winner hasn't come forward yet either.
