A possibly armed man near Manitou Springs has gone missing and the El Paso County Sheriff's Office needs your help to find him.
Deputies began searching for Elijah Joe Sharp, 23, on New Year's Day after he was reported missing by his parents, who last saw him at around 9:30 p.m. on New Year's Eve.
Sharp left his home after an argument, according to a Sheriff's Office spokesperson.
His last possible known location was in Manitou Springs around the Barr Trail trailhead but deputies don't know where he may have gone from there.
Deputies are concerned for his safety after they discovered his vehicle. Officials also said it appears he may have several firearms in his possession.
Sharp is being described as measuring 5-feet, 11-inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. He has brown hair and brown eyes.
