PARK COUNTY, Colo. - The woman accused of killing LeAnn "Annie" Meyer will be in court Monday.
Melissa Miller was arrested on July 15. She is charged with second-degree murder in her roommate's death. Miller's bond is $50,000, cash only.
Monday, the judge is expected to review the bond. Prosecutors may also file more charges.
Miller was living in Meyer's basement in Wheat Ridge when Meyer disappeared. Meyer's remains were found July 4 in a rural area of Park County.
Miller was the last person to see Meyer alive. She told some of Meyer's friends in a secretly-recorded video that she dropped Meyer off for a dinner appointment with another woman.
Miller faces 16 to 48 years in prison if she is convicted.
