DENVER - Former Adams County District Attorney Don Quick is hoping to become Colorado's next attorney general.
He's scheduled to formally launch his candidacy Monday on the west steps of the state Capitol.
Quick, a Democrat, is seeking to replace Attorney General John Suthers in 2014. Suthers, a Republican, is term limited. Republican Rep. Mark Waller, the Republican leader in the state House leader, is expected to announce his candidacy for the position later this summer.
