The TCF Bank in the Stapleton neighborhood was robbed twice Thursday, by different robbers.Denver police spokesman Sonny Jackson said the bank, at 3720 Quebec St., was robbed at 10:18 a.m. and a man was arrested at 37th Avenue and Monaco Boulevard a short time later.The second robbery occurred at 6:30 p.m. and two men were arrested at 23rd Avenue and Niagara Street a few minutes later, Jackson said.
