CORTEZ, Colo. – An 11-year-old boy who was reported missing after never returning home from school Thursday has been safe by authorities in southwestern Colorado.
Abel Lujan, 11, was last seen at around 3:21 p.m. Thursday after he was released from school. His family searched for him for hours before they reported him as missing on Friday to the Cortez Police Department, according to our ABC affiliate in Colorado Springs, KRDO-TV.
The boy was found safe Saturday morning, KRDO-TV reported.
