Santa Fe Now Open After Crash

A tractor-trailer carrying crushed cars rolled over on Santa Fe Drive early Wednesday morning forcing authorities to close the road to clean up.

Denver police said the flatbed semi overturned near the interchange with Interstate 25 around 2:15 a.m.

Crushed cars were spilled all over the southbound lanes. Heavy equipment was brought in to remove the cars and the road was open by 6:30 a.m.

Police said no one was injured in the accident. It is unclear if the driver will be ticketed.
