Fans of presidential candidate Bernie Sanders aren't just feeling "the Bern" these days -- they're feeling the heart-bern.
Sanders, also a Vermont senator, has a new nickname: Bernie Sandwich.
This comes from a blunder on MSNBC with anchor Chris Hayes.
"...against pharmaceutical companies and the like, and Bernie 'sandwiches' -- Sanders' message from the beginning."
Now there are memes of Sanders in corned beef and Bernie between buns.
Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly has also made an error. She once called him Bernie "sandals," and they're now for sale.
