In what could be the U.S. Supreme Court's biggest ruling on abortion in nearly a quarter of a century, the Court struck down a Texas law regulating abortion clinics that has been replicated by other states.
On this week's Politics Unplugged, University of Denver political science professor Dr. Joshua Wilson talked to Marshall Zelinger about what the court's ruling means for those other states and why many people thought this case was going to end in a 4-4 split by the justices.
Wilson and Zelinger also discuss how lawmakers may try to get around the precedent set by this ruling when crafting laws in the future.
