Swashbuckling Robber Plundered Walgreens In Colorado Springs

Police are seeking the public's help to find a "pirate" who donned an eye patch, beard and wig to plunder a Walgreens in Colorado Springs.

Police say a man dressed up in a black wig, beard, mustache and eye patch and used a gun to rob the store at 920 North Circle Drive on the morning of May 22.

Police said a pharmacist knew something was amiss when he found the man with the flowing beard and hair standing in a restricted area where prescription medicines are kept.

The gunman gave the pharmacist a bag and ordered him to fill it with prescription drugs.

He then fled on foot.

Police are looking for white man in his 20s, who is about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs about 150 pounds. He has brown eyes.
