Officers investigating a burglary at the Residence at Austin Bluffs apartment complex on Thursday said a man in a hallway claimed to be God and charged them.Colorado Springs officiers said they shot the man with a Taser twice, but it had no effect.When the man ran, the officers said they chased him, tackled him and arrested him. Officers said it took four of them to get the man under control.The man claimed he was smoking Psilocybin mushrooms, a hallucinogenic drug with similar effects to LSD, police said.Jorelle Antivo, 21, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer.
