Deputies shoot suspect outside Littleton-area King Soopers grocery store

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. - Deputies responded to an officer-involved shooting at a Littleton-area King Soopers grocery store Saturday.

The suspect was shot outside of the store at Kipling and Belleview, said Jefferson County Sheriff's Office spokesman Mark Techmeyer.

A witness told 7NEWS he was in another part of the parking lot and saw several law enforcement vehicles arrive. The deputies got out, the witness said, and drew their weapons.
