After meeting with representatives from America's trucking industry, President Donald Trump got behind the wheel of a big-rig parked in front of the White House on Thursday, pretending to drive the 18-wheeler.

Perhaps the moment of levity was need for the President as his foray into pretending to be a trucker came at roughly the same time news broke that the GOP's bill to repeal and replace Obamacare would not get a vote on Thursday. Trump took the wheel while wearing a pin that read, "I heart trucks."

After climbing on board, Trump honked the horn to the big-rig, and closed the door.

According to White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer, part of the purpose of Thursday's meeting between truckers and Trump was to discuss repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act.

"One in every 16 Americans work for the trucking industry. It’s the backbone of our country’s domestic freight transportation," Spicer said.
