Where to see fireworks on New Year's Eve

Looking for fireworks on New Year's Eve? There will be displays in downtown Denver, the foothills and the mountains.

Downtown Denver

There will be two fireworks shows in Downtown Denver on New Year's Eve. The first show, at 9 p.m., will entertain families and others looking for an early celebration, while the second show officially marks the start of the New Year at midnight. The two fireworks programs are identical. FREE.

Evergreen

Skate the Lake and enjoy fireworks at Evergreen Lake at 8 p.m. and midnight on New Year's Eve. Learn more about the event here. Fee for the event.

Winter Park

Winter Park will celebrate the New Year with fireworks at approx. 9 p.m. Winter Park's website says there is great viewing from Hideaway Park, located in downtown Winter Park. FREE.

Aspen

Fort Collins

Fort Collins has canceled its Old Town fireworks on New Year's Eve because of the cold forecast.
