Skier ordered to pay $263K after collision at Keystone Resort

SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. -- A man accused of skiing too fast and hitting another man at Keystone Resort has been ordered to pay $263,454.44 in damages, according to the Summit Daily News.

Casey Ferguson, of Douglas County, collided with another skier on the Flying Dutchman trail.

The victim said he missed three months of work.
