Rodeo horse missing from Estes Park pasture

ESTES PARK, Colo. - A woman in Estes Park is asking for the public's help to find her missing rodeo horse.

Malori Morgan had gone out of town to buy horse trailer. She left three horses with friends.

"Got a call yesterday morning saying the horse was gone," Morgan told 7NEWS.

Spud is a six-year-old quarter horse sorrel gelding.

"I was there when he was born," Morgan said. "I'm the only one whose ever done anything with him."

Morgan was planning to travel and do the rodeo circuit with Spud when he disappeared. Spud is trained in barrel racing, cowboy mounted shooting, team roping and team penning.

Stud has a blaze on his face, a left front stocking and a right rear pastern. He also has dimples on both sides of his tail and a big dimple on the right side of his neck.
