BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. - A 22-year-old man wanted on a child sex assault warrant was arrested at a Breckenridge restaurant on Monday afternoon, police said.

Breckenridge police said they were alerted Monday by the U.S. National Park Service Police in Grand Teton National Park, Wyo., that the fugitive, Zachary Todd Siegel, was at The Maggie restaurant, located at the base of Peak 9 at Breckenridge Resort.

Police confirmed the Colorado Springs man was wanted on an El Paso County warrant for felony sexual assault on a child.

Breckenridge officers, assisted by a K-9 deputy from the Summit County Sheriff’s Office and resort security officers, tracked down Siegel at the restaurant and arrested him without incident, said town spokeswoman Kim Dykstra-DiLallo.

Siegel was taken to the Summit County Jail where he was formally booked on the arrest warrant with a $25,000 bond. Siegel bonded out of jail at noon Tuesday, she said.

Siegel is on the Most Wanted List of the El Paso County District Attorney's Office.

According to court records cited by KRDO-TV, Siegel is accused of having sex with a 12-year-old girl in Colorado Springs whom be met on Facebook.

Siegel allegedly persuaded the girl to exchange nude photographs via the Internet and he eventually had sex with the girl at his apartment, KRDO reported. In the Spring of 2011, the girl's parents found explicit photos that Siegel allegedly sent their daughter and called police.
