Police: Christopher Garduno's Death Investigated As Homicide

Northglenn police say they are investigating the shooting death of a man whose body was found locked in a vehicle at an apartment complex on Monday.

Police said officers were called about 11 a.m. Monday on a report of an unresponsive man at the Village by the Park Apartments at 10701 Pecos Street.

They found the man's body locked in a vehicle outside Building 23 in the complex.

On Tuesday, police said the man, identified as 38-year-old Christopher Lee Garduno of Denver, had suffered at least one gunshot wound. The death is being investigated as a homicide.

No suspect has been named at this time, police said.
