DENVER - A 22-year-old woman has been convicted of several charges stemming from the killing of an Aurora man and his girlfriend.

The Denver Post reports Janelle Harris was convicted late Friday on two counts of first-degree murder after deliberation, as well as charges of robbery, burglary and kidnapping, among others.

Authorities say 22-year-old Terence George was found shot to death in his Aurora apartment in November 2010. His girlfriend, 21-year-old Tiffany Durst, was missing until April 7, 2011, when her decomposed body was found in a spillway.

Harris was arrested with 21-year-old Terrence McNeal and 20-year-old Tiera Homes.

McNeal, who had dated Durst and believed she was going to testify against him in a burglary case, is serving life in prison. Homes was sentenced to 16 years in prison on each of two murder charges.
